I now have a daughter who at least bears vague resemblance to....
...her mother as a baby....
Okay, so she's not a spitting image, but at least she looks like she's related to me. When Roo was a baby we didn't even look like we were remotely related and that was a weird feeling.

oh boy do I ever know that weird feeling. the only child that I have that I can see a definite family resemblance is my fourth. He doesn't even look like me, he looks like my older sister, Amy. The rest either look like daddy or they have this very neutralness about their physical appearance that I can never really pinpoint any kind of features that look like me or look like my husband.
