This weekend is the LDS church's semi-annual General Conference, an event which the Badger and I both find to be uplifting, inspiring, and spiritually renewing. We've decided that Conference Weekend needs to be a holiday at our house, a celebration. So this morning we started off the weekend with a grand breakfast. The Badger made his famous buttermilk pancakes, fluff eggs, and hash browns. On top of that there was an awesome fruit smoothie and a plate of fresh fruit (so the whole thing wouldn't be totally unhealthy!)
